Yoga AM & PM Register View Cart

These classes are moderate, mixed level classes but a bit more vigorous than Gentle class. We use the tools of yoga - breathing exercises, postures, and meditation practices - to strengthen and stretch the body and relax the mind. Everything can be modified or adapted to suit individual levels.  No previous experience with yoga is necessary.

Yoga Incentive Program:  If you get a friend to sign up, you will receive 2 FREE yoga class  vouchers which can be used at any Tolland Recreation Department class within 9 months.

General Information
  • No prior experience necessary.
  • Please bring a sticky mat if you have one and a blanket or towel.
  • Register with the Recreation office or drop in for $9.00 a class.
