The Tolland Recreation Department’s basketball program strongly believes that being part of a team atmosphere helps develop both important character traits and life values. Traits and values that can be developed through the basketball team include good sportsmanship, teamwork, friendliness, graciousness, acceptance, encouragement and willingness to learn…..among many others.
