YOGA Nidra
This class will combine our regular yoga class using breathing exercises and postures to stretch and strengthen the body with a long, guided relaxation called Yoga Nidra. Research has shown that Yoga Nidra can strengthen the immune system, help regulate blood pressure, alleviate some chronic conditions such as anxiety, improve sleep, and aid insomnia. This deeply relaxing practice triggers the body's healing response and it supports all stress related illness which accounts for 99% of illness today. Please bring a blanket or large towel to class for the relaxation portion.
