Chair Yoga
Come and get all the benefits of a yoga practice using a chair as a prop. In this class we will use breathing exercises, postures, and meditation techniques to increase strength, flexibility, and peace of mind all with the support of a chair. No getting down to the floor. Please wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement.
