Chair Yoga
This class delivers all the benefits of a Kripalu mat yoga class, without needing to get down to the floor. We use breathing exercises, postures, meditation techniques while sitting on a chair and using it as a support for standing postures.  Chair Yoga is a gentle approach suitable for all levels of ability and fitness. Please wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement.
