These classes are moderate, mixed level Kripalu Yoga classes. In Kripalu Yoga, we use the tools of yoga - breathing exercises, yoga postures, and meditation - to develop awareness, strength, flexibility, balance, and resilience in the body and mind. Everything can be adapted to suit individual levels.  Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket or towel to cover up for the final relaxation. 

Yoga Incentive Program:  If you get a friend to sign up, you will receive 2 FREE yoga class vouchers which can be used at any Tolland Recreation Department class within 9 months.

General Information
  • No prior experience necessary.
  • Please bring a sticky mat if you have one and a blanket or towel.
  • Masks must be worn while entering the building and up until arrival to their spot in the gym (mandatory to be worn any time a participant is not at their mat)
  • Masks are optional once located at your spot in the gym while participating in class
  • Participants bring their own mats.
