These classes are moderate, mixed level Kripalu Yoga classes. In Kripalu Yoga, we use the tools of yoga - breathing exercises, yoga postures, and meditation - to develop awareness, strength, flexibility, balance, and resilience in the body and mind. Everything can be adapted to suit individual levels.  Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket or towel to cover up for the final relaxation. 

What to bring to class:
Your own mat and a water bottle
*Please bring your own water bottle
*Please bring bring your mask.  Mask will be required for check in only.
*Please bring your own hand sanitizer (not required)
