Show up to a Shake It Up Fitness class exactly how you are; then let loose, be free, shake it up and leave it all on the dance floor. This high energy dance fitness class incorporates cardio, endurance, balance, flexibility and strength with fun upbeat music you'll want to sing along to! In this class you are not just getting a great workout, you are welcomed into a fun community and atmosphere that will challenge you to push your limits, while celebrating how far you've come.Instructor: Marisa Paradis No prior experience necessary. Face masks are required at all times by all. Please bring your own water bottle to class.
