9:00 AM - 10:00 AM    Yoga AM & PM - YOGA - Morning, Tuesday, Fall 2021
These classes are moderate, mixed level Kripalu Yoga classes. In Kripalu Yoga, we use the tools of yoga - breathing exercises, yoga postures, and meditation - to develop awareness, strength, flexibility, balance, and resilience in the body and mind. Everything can be adapted to suit individual levels.  Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket or towel to cover up for the final relaxation. Yoga Incentive Program:  If you get a friend to sign up, you will receive 2 FREE yoga class vouchers which can be used at any Tolland Recreation Department class within 9 months.
